2021 Ram 1500 TRX – Findlay, OH

Let’s start out with performance since we’re talking about a truck here. Potential buyers are likely looking for something that is strong and that is capable of towing and climbing tough terrain. The Ram 1500 TRX is definitely prepared for that. The 2020 Ram 1500 TRX has 702 horsepower at 650 lb-ft of torque. Drive Modes

Then we’ve got Snow Mode, which triggers a 45/55 torque split to help the Ram perform better or slicker surfaces for driving on snow and ice. Mud/Sand Mode also uses a 45/55 torque split, but also calibrates throttle management and torque distribution to achieve better traction on these muddy, loose surfaces.  

Rock Mode does exactly what you’d expect it to do, making it easier to rock climb via your truck. If you’re into wilder adventures and regular mudding is not for you, Rock Mode is a great option to use. This mode works by using a 50/50 torque split, shifting into a lower gear, and controlling decent in a safer manner. Finally, Custom Mode allows the driver to adjust everything from torque split to steering and much more. 

This is something you’ll only want to use if you know the ins and outs of vehicle terminology. Overall, this driver mode feature is one of the Ram’s most appealing assets. Color Options

Matched with LED headlamps and wide fenders, the Ram comes in six two-toned exterior color options. These color options are always paired with black, creating a nice color dynamic. You can either get black and red cloth interior or black leather interior. Both options include bucket seats. The Ram 1500 TRX also comes with TRX logos and decals that give the interior an even sportier look that’s unique to this specific model. All in all, this model is sharp from the inside out.
