You’re going to want to ask for Oliver. I typically buy 2 to 3 new cars a year. Shopping for them is the worst. Oliver made it super easy, it really seemed like he was working for me. He didn’t harass me to close the deal. Unfortunately, we ran out of time to get my deal together (my fault) but if you’re shopping for a car from Findlay, ask for Oliver
All reps were very helpful, answered all my questions and I felt well taken care of. Hope was very helpful and so patient while I tried out many cars and finally found one that fit me. It was a very good buying experience.

Salesman Adrian was honest and up front about everything. No hidden agenda just a straight forward deal. Price was good and process was simple enough even for an old guy. Great staff and good overall interaction, but unfortunately the truck had significant damage and was not as one would expect on a dealer lot. Pros Great people interactions No pressure Staff seemed genuine Cons High volume (con for me, cannot be assured the vehicle is there - 3.5 hour drive) Many auction and Canadian vehicles which can lead to unreported damage and subpar vehicles.
Brenden made it super fast and easy to get in and out buying my new truck. Told him I only had a certain amount of time, and he managed to make it happen. Highly recommend

Friday I drove 4hrs to the dealership, agreed to OTD numbers, let them run my credit, and sent them all the documents ahead of time to have the paperwork ready to go. After I test drove the truck I was going to purchase they hit me with a lower number for my trade than agreed upon. They were well aware it needed front tires before I drove there.
