We Serve People From All Over

Here at Findlay CDJR, we service the entire northwest section of Ohio. While we might be located in Findlay, we have people coming from all around the state and even sometimes from beyond the friendly confines of Ohio's border.

Toledo is just north of us on I-75, and we proudly serve residents coming down to visit us. To the south, used car buyers from Columbus come see us as well. We're also just a short hop away from Lima. In fact, we're an easy drive for anyone along the I-75 corridor. Car buyers from Dayton have come our way, and from time to time, we even see folks from Cincinnati, all to see us for our wide selection and great prices.

It is those great prices that even bring used car buyers from over in Fort Wayne, IN. While we're located just off of I-75, we're also an easy drive on Highway 224 from Highway 30 out of Fort Wayne.

Findlay may not be as large of a town as Toledo or Columbus, but it is our perfect location that makes us so easy to drive to. There's no hassle, both for the drive here and for the used car buying experience.

The Findlay Buy Smart Promise

Here at Findlay, we offer a Buy Smart Promise, which is made up of four key pillars. The first is our best price is always listed upfront. We're not going to try and raise the sticker price on you. We don't want to force you to bid on a price. We will always list our best price right on the vehicle so you can kiss away that hassle of negotiating the price.

Our second pillar is to give you a cash offer on your vehicle if you're interested. You don't even need to buy from us. Even if you decide to buy your next used vehicle elsewhere, we are happy to make you an offer on your current set of wheels.

Our third step is to offer you multiple financing quotes in just a few minutes. Car financing should not be a one-size-fits-all approach. That is why we offer a number of opportunities for you. This way, you can go over the options and decide on which one works best for you and your financial needs.

Lastly, our sales staff is not commissioned. This is, in our opinion, one of the great flaws of other car dealerships. Commissioned sales professionals just want to push the price up because they get a portion of the kickback. That's not fair for you. Because all of our sales representatives are salaried, this is not something you need to worry about. This is just one of the ways we help keep the price of our vehicles down and help you save money.

Commitment to Offering The Best in Used Vehicles

Our commitment to you is to offer the very best in used cars. We don't want to just buy and sell used cars that are not taken care of. Every single vehicle we offer on the lot has passed a thorough inspection. There is a reason why our dealership sells over five times as many used vehicles as any other dealer in Ohio. And it has nothing to do with our wide selection of both used and certified pre-owned vehicles. It is 100% due to our commitment to providing the best vehicles at the best price.

So, if you want to discover our used car difference, all you need to do is come see us. It doesn't matter what make or model you're interested in if it's on the lot we fully stand behind it.

The Findlay Buy Smart Promise

Over the years, the process of buying a car has managed to get a bad rap. Many people even dread car shopping, for fear of being overstressed and overwhelmed by confusing salespeople, unclear terms and conditions, and processes that just don’t make sense. At Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we want to make the process as transparent, comfortable, and pleasant as possible for each and every customer. Therefore, we have created The Findlay Buy Smart Promise.

The Findlay Buy Smart Promise is made of our four commitments. These are commitments that we make to all of our customers, and we take each of them very seriously.

We promise you:

The Best Price Up Front - This means that we eliminate the need for negotiations by presenting you with our best price, right off the bat. We believe that full transparency earns trust, and we want customers to know exactly what they’re getting without having to haggle.

Cash Offers For Any Trade-In - Whether or not you choose to buy from Findlay, we’re happy to take a look at your vehicle and make a cash offer.

Multiple Financing Quotes in Minutes - Our finance specialists work with dozens of national and regional lenders, which means we’re able to provide multiple quotes while you wait. These lenders are often able to give our customers the terms and rates they’re looking for, and most of our customers choose to finance with us as a result.

Non-Commissioned Sales People - When salespeople work based on commission, they earn more for larger sales. Our salespeople don’t receive commission. Instead, a customer satisfaction bonus ensures they get credit for helping their customers enjoy the process of buying their next vehicle.

We created the Buy Smart Promise to ensure customers have a great experience buying a vehicle from Findlay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Making a large purchase is inherently stressful, so it is our goal to provide you with a transparent, low-stress experience to help you focus on the amazing feeling of driving away in the best car, truck, or SUV for you and your family.

Used Dodge Models

The used Dodge market is full of vehicles that are not only reliable and fun to drive but include features that put them ahead of competitors. That means a better value for drivers, making a used Dodge fantastic investment. Two of the most popular used Dodge models include the Avenger and the Grand Caravan, both of which are ideal as daily drivers and can frequently be found at used car dealerships around the country.

The Dodge Avenger is a front-wheel drive, midsize sedan that was introduced to the American market in 1994. Though the Avenger was produced as a two-door coupe through 2000, the four-door sedan appeared on the market in 2007. Dodge ended production on the Avenger with the 2014 model year. In its final year of production, the Avenger sported a standard 2.4L inline-4 engine that produced 173 hp and 166 lb-ft of torque. An optional- and highly acclaimed- 3.6L V6 engine was available, which pumped those numbers up to 282 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque.

Three trims were offered: SE, SXT, and R/T. The R/T included a standard UConnect hands-free phone and touchscreen system with music storage, but drivers could opt to add this system to any model, along with navigation and real-time traffic alerts. Other features include a sunroof, leather seats, power-adjustable and heated seats, and an upgraded sound system. Two optional appearance packages, the Rallye and the Blacktop, were also offered.

If a mid-sized sedan is not enough vehicle for you or your family, the Grand Caravan may be a better choice. This minivan has been one of the most popular models in Dodge’s lineup since its introduction with the 1984 model year. Often referred to as a “family room on wheels,” the goal of the Caravan has always been to combine comfort and safety with a very usable, flexible space. Much to the dismay of many long-term fans, Dodge has announced that 2020 is the last year of production for this all-purpose family-oriented van.

Over the years, Dodge has engineered some of its most innovative features into the Caravan, such as an integrated child booster seat in the 2008 models, a rear back-up camera (which is now standard on nearly every American vehicle), and a mirror that aids in conversations with the rear passengers. Dodge even included stain and odor resistant fabric upholstery as a nod to the families who favor vans. Current Caravans include second and third-row seats that fold into under-floor storage areas, known as “Stow ‘N Go Seating,” which opens up the entire van for cargo, camping, and more.

Used Jeep Models

Jeeps are extremely popular, whether new or used. Over the years, the Jeep brand has become synonymous with rugged and dependable vehicles that are equally comfortable on or off the road. While the Grand Cherokee is probably the most famous family-friendly model in the Jeep lineup, other recent Jeep SUVs are gaining attention on the used market. The Patriot, for example, is one used Jeep model that is rising in popularity.

The Grand Cherokee, as we know it, emerged on the market in the early 1980s, but reached its highest peak of popularity during the SUV boom of the 1990s. While early Grand Cherokees were boxy and had a more square, cubical appearance, the public's enthusiasm for the vehicle led to redesigns through the late 1990s and early 2000s. The vehicle gained a sleeker, more aerodynamic look, but the off-road capabilities remained at the forefront. The Quadra-Drive four-wheel drive system also came on the scene, along with more luxurious seats and soft-touch technology, making it the perfect balance between “rough road beast” and “spacious family vehicle.”

The current Grand Cherokee is part of the fourth generation, which was introduced to the American public in 2011. While other manufacturers have offered massive redesigns on their longer-running vehicles, Jeep manages to keep the formula the same while appealing to the public over and over again. Inside, the Grand Cherokee is luxurious and comfortable, with an air-suspension ride, premium sound system, and loads of modern safety features, such as blind-spot monitoring and forward collision mitigation. Under the hood, drivers can take advantage of a V6 or V8 engine that can tow up to 7,000 pounds and function easily on mud, gravel, and hills.

The Patriot was Jeep’s attempt to recreate the success on a lower budget. The Patriot and Compass were introduced at the same time in April 2006. The Compass, however, lacked the “Trail Rated” badge, while the Patriot offered optional electronically controlled 4x4 systems. The popular Freedom Drive II package updated the range ratio of the continuously variable transmission, skid plates, hill descent control, and an extra inch of clearance.

In its final year of production, the Patriot was offered in two trims, Sport and Latitude, with multiple sub-trim levels that catered to specific appearance preferences, and optional packages that add various improved functionality, such as the All-Weather Capability package or Trailer-Tow Prep Group. The base engine was a 2.0L inline-4 that offered 158 hp and 141 lb-ft of torque. A 2.4L inline-4 engine was optional and offered the ability to choose four-wheel drive, along with an increase to 172 hp and 165 lb-ft of torque. Overall, this vehicle had a lot to offer during its production years and still does in its used models.

Getting To The Dealership

If you're coming from Toledo it's an easy drive to see us (if you manage to pass Tony Packo's we'd love if you brought us down a chili dog). All you need to do is get yourself onto I-75 South from whichever entrance works for you, keep south on 75. Take exit 159 and then turn right onto Ohio 15 W/US 224 toward West Trenton. You'll see us and our smiling faces right on the left as you approach.

If you're visiting us from Mansfield, you'll want to hook onto US-30 going west. From here, you'll stay on US-30 (following signs for Findlay) and then take exit 159. Once you take exit 159, you'll want to take a left onto OH 15 W/US 224 toward West Trenton. You'll be able to see us almost immediately (we're less than a mile down the road).

We see a number of buyers visit us from Columbus. If you're one of them, you will want to swoop up onto US-23 North. You'll stay on 23 for just about the entire drive. Take US-23 North to OH-15 W/US-224 West toward West Trenton Avenue. From here, take exit 159 and then your next left. Once here, you're less than a mile from our lot.
